Fires can occur to any home or business. When they happen, you’ll want to take swift action! Damage from smoke, soot, and water can create long-lasting effects if not treated promptly.

Call LDR to get your project rolling quickly and get you headed in the right direction. How you react after a fire can make all the difference. Whenever your disaster occurs call LDR any time – day or night at (815) 874-7066.

Your LDR team will be on the job site quickly.

Upon arriving, we will secure the property if necessary by boarding up any openings. From there, we’ll work with you and your insurance company to develop a scope of work to restore your property. This can include meeting your adjuster onsite and performing a walk-through to collaborate on your project. We will work with both you and your insurance provider throughout the entire process so you don’t have to navigate your claim alone.

Most importantly, the LDR team specializes in fire and smoke damage restoration.

Our lead technicians are all certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in fire and smoke restoration. With these certifications, they have the advanced training and the competency needed to address the damage caused by fire and smoke.

We will clean any areas affected by soot or smoke. Skilled workers will perform all the recommended structural repairs and/or complete reconstruction. Personal contents can be handled by LDR from start to finish if necessary.

When a significant loss occurs, many of our clients use this as an opportunity to make improvements or changes to their floorplans. Some common upgrades include taking down walls to create a more open space, vaulting ceilings, and enlarging kitchens. Our project managers will work with you to bring your visions to life.
