After experiencing a disastrous fire, these Rockford residential homeowners decided to turn a tragedy into an opportunity. We were able to remodel their home giving it the functionality and aesthetic they envisioned. LDR opened up the entryway and added a large bay window in the living room providing more natural light and an open concept. By removing a wall between the living room and kitchen we created additional space for an island. We also added a bathroom to their finished basement and changed the layouts and square footage in two bedrooms. The end result…the home they’ve always wanted!
