Two Founders of LDR Retire
[Rockford, Illinois] – Len and Donna Roach, founders of LDR Cleaning and Restoration, officially retired in September after 33 years. LDR is the leader in disaster restoration in the Greater Rockford area. The family legacy that began in 1991 is growing stronger today under the second-generation leadership of Heather and Dave Roach.
Len and Donna began the company to better serve our local community and to be able to spend more time with their family that they were raising in Rockford. They began with just three employees and one truck. Throughout their tenure, they continued to grow both the business and their charitable efforts in the Stateline. “We’re going to miss Len and Donna’s presence,” shared Heather Roach (current owner). “However, we look forward to hearing their stories in retirement! We wish them well as they focus their newfound time on a cause they are beyond passionate about: animal rescue.”
